Guitarist Joe Scott and cellist Hannah Alkire from Colorado/USA created an exciting new acoustic sound blending Celtic, Americana, Rock, Vocal & Flamenco musical influences, to something that Dirty Linen Magazine praises as “a sumptuous musical feast.” Norðan harpist Thomas Loefke adds the magic of the Celtic harp to Hannah’s stunning, impeccable and highly emotional cello-playing and Joe’s bell like rhythmical guitar and guitjo. Hannah Alkire is recognized internationally for taking the cello places it’s never been before. At Summartónar Acoustic Eidolon will perform a mixture of their own music and compositions by Faroese composers Angelika Nielsen and Kristian Blak.
